This brand has been particularly interesting to work with. I joined the marketing team for a medicare company in September 2023 to build out the social channels with the ultimate goal of eventually using it as lead gen. When I came on, the channels were collectively at about 1.5k. Over the next 3 months I created a new brand where we had no restrictions – Hello age. The strategy here became telling stories about the human experience. grow a following by adding value instead of trying to sell. i have built out my team from 2 team members to 4 team members over 6 months. our following has grown astromonically and we have engagement rates far above average to back up the quality of the followers.
